Quality Essentials
- Implement an environmental monitoring testing program in the production area.
- Strictly control incoming raw materials and implement vendor qualification program to carefully select reputable suppliers and vendors.
- All raw materials and finished products must meet specifications for identity, purity, quality, strength, and composition
- All products are manufactured, packaged, and labeled at our GMP certified facility
- All SOPs and other documents are reviewed, approved, and strictly controlled.
- Traceability procedures are in place and identified
- Adhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) during the manufacturing process.
TESTING
In House Testing
With highly trained lab technicians in the QA/QC department, we perform a variety of product tests to ensure that every lot meets specifications for appearance, color, density, pH, loss on drying and solubility. In addition, we conduct stability tests to determine the product’s shelf life and analyze historical data to ensure consistent quality results.
3rd Party Testing
Products are sent to ISO 17025 certified 3rd party labs to conduct thorough testing to ensure that all products meet the requirements for mineral content, fatty acid content (DHA, EPA, ALA), microbiological analysis, assay, and heavy metals. Every report that we receive from 3rd party labs is verified twice and reviewed to ensure that it meets our strict specifications. After the QA staff and quality assurance manager review the lab results and approve it, a certificate of analysis (COA) is issued.
