Customers shall inspect all products promptly upon receipt. Customers must reject any materials
that fail to meet applicable specifications within 30 days of receipt of products, or they shall be
deemed accepted by customers.
No products may be returned for credit, even if properly rejected, without prior authorization
(RGA#) of our customer service department (i.e., lab report required). Under no circumstances
shall any credit be given for products kept for more than 3 months.
Returned Materials will only be accepted in their original unopened packaging. Exceptions apply
for defective products, which can be returned with opened packaging and no usage. Once the
returned products arrive at Novotech’s facility, they will be carefully inspected.
15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
